Every package runs Friday through Monday and includes the house for up to 9 overnight guests. Event capacity and overnight occupancy are separate.

Outdoor event and ceremony space, tables and chairs, trash receptacles, a bar area, tent options to confirm, and the Friday–Monday house stay.
Before you book
Simple planning, clear details
You arrange your event coordinator, setup, food, drinks and chosen vendors. We’ll confirm your event equipment and responsibilities in the agreement. The bar area is provided as a space; food and beverage service are not included.
When bookings open, a 50% nonrefundable deposit will be required. Payment timing, cancellation terms, access and cleanup details will be shared before reservations open. Special offers will be available for the first five weddings booked; email us for details.
