The house sleeps a maximum of nine guests across three bedrooms. There’s a king bed, a queen and twin in the second bedroom, a queen lower bunk and twin XL upper bunk, plus two roll-away twins. The nine-person maximum still applies.
Will I have Wi-Fi and cell service?
Wi-Fi is available. There is no cellular service at the property, so enable Wi-Fi calling before arrival if your carrier supports it. Save your directions and arrival instructions before traveling.
When are check-in and checkout?
Check-in begins at 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Smart-lock entry makes arrival simple; we provide your access instructions before your stay.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Tell us about your pet before booking so we can confirm the applicable rules and any fee. Keep pets under control around livestock and wildlife.
What should I know about the ranch?
You’ll travel a gravel road to the property. Give livestock and wildlife plenty of space, respect restricted areas and keep children supervised. The pond is for viewing only. Check current property instructions before using any outdoor fire equipment.
